Refund & Cancellation Policy

SM Solutions INC is dedicated to delivering exceptional value and transparency. Our refund policy varies based on service type and engagement terms outlined in signed agreements or purchase orders.

Consulting & DevOps Engagements

For project-based services (cloud migration, Jira implementation, CI/CD automation), fees for work already performed or milestones completed are non-refundable. Unused prepaid retainer hours may be refunded upon mutual agreement within 30 days of termination.

Staffing & Subcontracting

Placement fees for technical contractors are non-refundable after the candidate has commenced work. Replacement guarantees are outlined in separate staffing agreements.

Payment Processors (Helcim / Stripe)

Payments made via Helcim or Stripe are subject to the processors’ refund policies. For billing errors or duplicate charges, contact us immediately at info@smsolutionsinc.net. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction.

Subscription & Recurring Services

Monthly support contracts may be canceled with 30-day written notice. Prepaid annual plans: refunds for unused months (pro-rated) may be issued minus administrative fees.

To request a refund, please provide invoice number, reason, and supporting documentation. All decisions are final and at the discretion of SM Solutions INC management.
